Companies today contract their businesses or part of their businesses to other companies located in foreign countries. عقد اليوم الشركات اعمالهم التجارية او جزء من اعمالهم التجارية الى شركات اخرى موجودة في بلدان أجنبية. This business procedure is called offshore outsourcing. Offshore outsourcing has become a very feasible trend for companies that are expanding or just trying to reduce their overhead expenses. وهذا الاجراء يسمى الأعمال التعاقد الخارجي. التعاقد الخارجي اصبح من الممكن جدا ان اتجاه الشركات لتوسيع او هي مجرد محاولة للحد من النفقات العامة.

This creates a constructive division of labor that becomes fruitful to both the outsourcing company and the offshore company. وهذا يخلق بناء تقسيم العمل الى أن تصبح مثمره الاستعانة بمصادر خارجية كل من الشركة وشركة في الخارج.

Like every coin has two sides the outsouscing too has its own disadvantage - One of the most prominent is the exposure of sensitive data to foreign countries. وقد مثل كل العملة الجانبين outsouscing جدا لها مساوئ -- واحدة من أبرز هو التعرض للبيانات حساسه الى بلدان اجنبية. Outsourcing is also responsible for the distance it creates between the employer company and the employees. الاستعانة بمصادر خارجية مسؤولة ايضا عن انه يخلق مسافه بين صاحب العمل وموظفي الشركة. It really feels proud to say that India is being looked at for providing state-of-the-art technology and timely deliveries. انه يشعر حقا فخور بان اقول ان الهند هي التي يجري النظر فيها في الدولة لتوفير من احدث التكنولوجيا والتسليم في الوقت المناسب. Respondents indicate about 30 percent of their innovation investments are ineffective. ردوا حوالى 30 ٪ من الاستثمارات الابتكار غير فعالة.

It is hence expected that if the need of Outsourcing its benefits and innovation involved in it keeps on rising with the same pace outsourcing will soon be managed as an investment portfolio whereby cost is reduced, & risks are mitigated. ومن المتوقع ان ومن ثم اذا ما كانت هناك حاجة للاستعانه بمصادر خارجية فوائدها الابتكار والمشاركة في العملية يبقى على ارتفاع بنفس الوتيره مع الاستعانة بمصادر خارجية في وقت قريب كما تمكنت من محفظه استثماريه بموجبه خفض التكلفه ، & التخفيف من المخاطر.
